  • What's included in support?

    Support covers bug fixes and questions about how the theme works — its settings, sections, and built-in features. It does not cover custom code changes or integrating third-party apps. If something in the theme is broken, contact us first; fixing theme bugs is exactly what support is for.

  • Are theme updates free?

    Yes. Theme updates are free — install the latest version any time from your Shopify admin. Notable changes for each release are listed in the theme changelog, so you can see exactly what changed before you update.

  • How do purchases and refunds work?

    Purchases and refunds are handled by the Shopify Theme Store under Shopify’s refund policy — we never process payments ourselves. If something is broken, please contact us first: we fix theme bugs and want to make it right.

  • Where do I find the documentation?

    Every theme has public documentation with setup guides, settings reference, and its own FAQ. Torquex’s docs are linked above on this page, and many common questions are answered there — please check the docs first.

  • How do I install the theme?

    After purchasing on the Shopify Theme Store, add the theme to your store from your Shopify admin under Online Store › Themes, then click Customize to set it up. The Getting started guide in the documentation walks through the first steps in order.
