No. The features merchants buy Torquex for are built into the theme — the Year/Make/Model fitment selector, the customer vehicle garage, technical spec tables, install-difficulty badges, the before/after build slider, the bundle builder, dense collection grid/list views, and a sticky add-to-cart. You can run a complete parts or overlanding store on the theme alone. You are always free to add your own apps, but none are required for the theme to work.

Do you offer support, and how fast do you respond?

Yes. Support is available 24/7, and we usually answer theme-related questions and bug reports within 12 hours. Reach us through the Torquex support page — which attributes your message to Torquex automatically — or the global contact page. Sending a short description of the issue, your store URL, and a screenshot helps us respond faster.

What is included in support, and what isn’t?

Included: fixing confirmed bugs in the theme and answering questions about how Torquex’s built-in features and settings work.

Not included: custom development (new sections, bespoke layouts, or design changes beyond the theme’s settings) and third-party app integrations. These fall outside theme support, though we are happy to point you in the right direction where we can.

How do theme updates work, and are they free?

Theme updates are free. When a new version of Torquex is released, you can install the latest version at any time from your Shopify admin — there is no additional charge. Notable changes in each release are recorded in the changelog. Before updating a live theme, we recommend duplicating it first so you can preview the new version and confirm your settings before publishing.

Purchases and refunds for Torquex are handled by the Shopify Theme Store under Shopify’s policy, since that is where the theme is sold. If something in the theme isn’t working as it should, please contact us first — most issues are bugs we can fix quickly, and we would rather get it working for you.
