FAQ

The Lapels FAQ section: the label "Answers" over the heading "Everything worth knowing." with the last word in italic and a short category index reading Fit, Delivery and returns, Care and stock, beside grouped rows. Under a FIT header sit "How does it fit?" and "Can I have a piece altered?". Under DELIVERY AND RETURNS sit "When will my order arrive?" and "Can I return a piece?". Under CARE AND STOCK sit "How should I care for the wool?" and "Will a sold-out piece come back?". Each row carries a plus mark at the right.

Questions and answers, grouped. A Category block opens a group, and everything after it belongs to that group until the next one. Each Question block is one row that opens to show its answer.

What it does: Answers the questions that otherwise arrive by email. Because the categories are built from the block order rather than from a separate setting, reordering the list regroups it.

When to use it: Use it on a help page, or under the product copy for the questions specific to one piece. When the content is long-form prose rather than questions, use Text tabs. When the answers are short promises rather than answers, use Icon list.
